Pros: The inside pool.
Cons: There was not hot water all the time.. because of the electric water heater in the room.
Pros: Very convenient and quiet location next to the beautiful park with mineral springs, good indoor facilities, good breakfast
Cons: We felt all matress springs, floor plinths and especially top of the wardrobe were considerably dusty (we are allergic-to-dust persons so I usually check such the places).
Pros: The hotel meets the expectation for a three star category. The spa is fine.
Cons: Nothing impressive. There is no restaurant in the hotel and the options for going out are quite limited. There are only few small facilities in the spa. The place is boring.
Pros: Great Sauna, Steam Bath and Heated Pool
Cons: No restorant on premises
Pros: Cleanliness, 24 hour SPA, the room size, away from the buzz
Cons: The pool is indoors and the fitness was poorly maintained
Pros: The hotel is clean and quiet. The personnel is very helpful (they gave us a second key since we need it). The breakfast is good. the swimming pool opened all the time.
Cons: Nobody took the garbage and nobody clean the room during our stay (4 nights).
Pros: The staff were unfailingly helpful, the breakfast was excellent, the spa facilities are very well laid out and relaxing
Cons: No kettle in the room
Pros: We liked the excellent warm pool, the breakfast was simple but every morning there was a delicious surprise Balcan dish! The staff was very friendly and helpful. All the people working in the hotel are warm, polite and ready to help. Super staff! The park around is absolutely amazing! And of course the water of the mineral springs which cures lots of deseases. Super!
Cons: We liked everything. There were some minor disturbing things which aren't even worth mentioning. Everything was immediately taken care of.
Pros: Nice pool,excellent location
Cons: Noone explained that the apartment on the last floor has the airconditioning switch, next to the vent on the ceiling... there were ants in the corridor of the apartment. And it was more a big studio, then apartment as the bedroom has no door. Breakfast is quite pathetic.. no hot options and funky looking salami...
Pros: Everything - helpful and kind staff. Cosy and big room. Clean bathroom. Pleasant pool. The breakfast was quite good as well - and different for the two days of our stay.
Cons: The matress could have been more comfortable.

Featured amenities include dry cleaning/laundry services, a 24-hour front desk, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. Free self parking is available onsite.
Cons: All's perfect
Pros: I liked the SPA center and the bed in my room.
Cons: The prices in the hotel don't meet the quality. Moreover, the breakfast was really poor for this prices and surprisingly in the room misses places to charge your phone. I will not back in this hotel.
Pros: We really enjoyed the mineral water spa
Cons: Would be more helpful staff speaking English
Pros: Very close to the town's centre and has many parking spots. The room was clean and pool has rather warm water. Has many good cafes and restaurants close by.
Pros: It was a really nice hotel in central Bulgaria. There was a nice view and it was near to restaurants. The breakfast was good. The spa facilities were lovely.
Cons: After spending a wonderful day in the area we were very, very happy but also quite tired. When we came into the hotel we asked if they could match the price on booking.com as it was much cheaper than onsite. But the guy just started going off on my friend and me about how we were rich. Everyone from Sofia is rich. You're rich. So we just booked it through booking.com. Was super weird though. I don't know if he was on something or just hated us but it was an incredibly uncomfortable check-in. I recommend keeping the chitchat to an absoulte minimum.
Pros: The central location and proximity to bus and train stations. The staff were friendly and professional. The restaurant was fabulous and the waitress also. Room was refreshed each day. Helpful with maps and so on. I had a glorious view from my balcony. Thank you so much Club Central. You rocked.
Pros: We very much liked the location and enjoyed the spa facilities.
Cons: It was slightly pricey.
Pros: Comfortable, nice value and place in the town, polite staff, good pool, SPA is perfect. The staff could improve communication skill. The receptionists are perfect.
Cons: SPA could be has more clocks/watches because the clients could control the rests in the pool, bath etc.
Pros: Pretty much everything
Cons: The foam mattress was too soft
Pros: Brilliant hotel, friendly staff, comfy beds, excellent facilities and to top it all off, the restaurant was super tasty!

Featured amenities include complimentary wired Internet access, a 24-hour front desk, and luggage storage. A roundtrip airport shuttle is provided for a surcharge (available 24 hours), and free self parking is available onsite.
Pros: Comfy rooms and good breakfast.
Cons: I would expect to find in a spa, in the sauna area, at least one water fountain or dispenser - unfortunately there wasn't even one. In this kind of hotel, which deals with the health of its customers I would expect to find some amenities for diabetics and gluten intolerant people. A simple sweetener was a challenge to find.
Pros: Good spa! Client oriented personnel.
Cons: No mosquito net on the doors.
Pros: Good breakfast, good facilities, good for families
Cons: The pools have working hours and I think 8 am is quite late for opening
Pros: Personnel was polite and friendly
Cons: Hotel needs renovation especially at Spa area
Pros: Very helpful staff, good restaurant with lunch menu, good breakfast (except the coffee), facilities for kids, exceptional location next to the park, fitness. Thanks a lot!
Cons: The coffee.
Pros: The food was great - plenty of choice for breakfast. The restaurant food was also good. The outdoor pool was nice and clean.
Cons: The quality of the tv programmes as well as the limited choice of them.
Pros: Our positive impressions: + It's clean!. Old, but partly renovated and clean + The staff is very helpful + Facilities are great (but... see below) + The parking is huge, plenty of the spaces have some shade + There is a kids playground with some shade + Both swimming pools have shallow areas for kids + Has a nice terrace for the evenings outside the lobby bar + Breakfast was rich, there were fruits too + We had a sofa for the kid and they asked us if we need a free cot + Off the main city part of Hisarya, so it's kind of quiet + Friday/Saturday there are events for kids.
Cons: While we mostly liked it, some shortcomings: - Pools only opened until 7 pm (outside), 8 pm (inside). Not good enough if you want to send the kids to bed and relax a bit there or in the jakuzi - Inside kids playground is paid (1 EUR/h). - The terrace next to the lobby bar has some high stairs, so not really safe for kids <4 - I don't think we had air conditioner. The thing looked like some central heating/cooling, but it was mostly hot in the room - Location is a bit off the center and you have to go around the Roman wall
Pros: Good location. Helpful staff and easy check in process. Room was spacious and comfortable. Had a good facial and spa facilities were excellent.
Cons: Disappointing breakfast but similar in standard to other breakfasts I’ve had in similar sized hotels.
Pros: The breakfast was good, location was good too with it's proximity to the park. Free parking on the premises. Good massage.
Cons: The wifi was dropping us all the time. The girl who does manicures was not at work (apparently there's only one). They're was a strong residual cigarette smell in our room all the time.

Pros: Breakfast, staff, and spa
Pros: The rooms are extravagantly furnished, very cosy. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast is great. The jaccuzzy in the apartment was wonderful.
Pros: The food and the staff were great!!!
Cons: You had to pay in CASH no credit card or any kind of card was accepted. It has been this way for months. Only partial English, accept the bartender she was great.
Pros: Good Location. Breakfast was good. Close to a place where you can take mineral water in bottles.
Cons: Non-smoking room but smoking smell came from other room or somewhere and it was almost like I stayed in smoking room with smoking person. Very unpleasant. Especially bathroom smells really bad and I could not enjoy when it smelled bad in bathroom. I talked to a person who works in hotel about this issue so I hope they improve this.
Pros: Perfect hotel for leisure
Cons: Don’t have any remarks
Pros: Hotel accepts cash only very inconvenient for travelers.
Pros: Location is awesome. Breakfast is good.
Cons: Parking was problematic. As I understood there were spots for only 4 cars. We had to leave our car in some other street as the street which the hotel is located at is hourly paid parking. POS terminals weren't working (probably temporarily) and we learned this at the moment of check-out. I had to go to a bank to withdraw money.
Cons: Upon check in the chef was acting as the night shift manager at the front desk was kind to give us 3 rooms for the price of two rooms do to issues with separate beds needed and confirmed to us. Upon check out there was a new employee with zero experience and needed to wait 1/2 hour for lady manager. The manager disregarded the chefs actions and we insisted she call him. After the chef/night shift manager acknowledged the agreement of 3 rooms for the price of 2 rooms the lady manger did not care what we stated at checking and started raising her voice to my tour guide for another 1/2 hour thus making us loose one of the tour events we flew half way over the world to attend. She then agreed to honor the chef/mangers agreement with us and I paid and have a copy of receipt Also the maid staff kept throwing all the garbage bags down the stair case even after I walked past them. The massage therapist was awful and continued to disregard my wife’s and mother in-laws directive of what they needed. Finally while spending time in the basement spa all the floors began to flood due to heavy rains on the exterior and was in-usable The place was atrocious and will post this shortly.
Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff, early check-In was possible, free parking reserved for hotel's guests, nice spa center, specious apartment which was well equipped. Please was as described in booking.
Cons: The only draw back to the hotel is that it does not have an outside swimming pool as compared to other hotels. However, there are plenty of options to arrange this in the town of Hisarya.
Pros: - Excellent breakfast. - Excellent service: the multi-lingual and multi-tasked bell person was really helpful and friendly. - The high temperature of the bath in the spa area in the morning. - The drinking water of the nearest fountain was also very good.
The Hissar Spa Hotel provides a great place for travelers to relax after a busy day. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing.
Pros: Lots of space, good facilities but need urgent updating.
Cons: Feel like you are back in 1990. Extremely outdated.
Pros: - Various swimming pools, plenty of choices with warm water for the whole family. - Nicely cooked meals at the swimming bar. - Friendly-positive staff. Clean room.
Cons: - A hotel with 150 rooms has a restaurant with 30 tables. Every day people were running around in search of a table. One of the days we lingered for 10 minutes before being able to get a seat. - The majority of the nice meals are quickly gone 30min into the start of the breakfast/dinner. Those who are late have to eat what is left behind. - The tables are being cleaned very slowly, often guests are doing it on their own. - This restaurant situation is bizarre. We stay in 40-50 hotels per year, haven't seen such a case.
Pros: Excellent sauna and mineral bath
Cons: I emailed the hotel to ask what type of massages they offered so I could pre-book and they only replied to my mail once we had returned from our holiday. This I could not book a massage as they were fully booked when I got there. Very disappointed
Pros: The swimming pools The staff is really polite and helpful
Cons: In general everything is really outdated!
Pros: Probably the best hotel in the area by our experience. We tried few hotels but this one is exactly what we need. Excellent pool. Excellent food. SPA also. This is our choice in Hisarya.
Pros: The stay was too short.
Cons: Excellent pool, beautiful territory. Good food and polite stuff.
Pros: Splendid staff with a nice & very professional attitude towards the clients, delicious breakfast, spacious and clean rooms, well-maintained pool
Cons: We had water dripping from the bathroom ceiling right around the light bulb in our room but the staff also proposed to change the room for us
Pros: What breakfast ?I arrived at breakfast shortly after 9 am and there was plenty of empty plate but not a lot of food, all that was left on the fruit bar was 6 apples and 6 grapes I found some musli and made do with that.I have never met such an ignorant receptionist who as soon as she heard the english started speaking to my partner in Bulgarian, asking questions about me,when he referred her me she did not want to ask anymore .The room needed a good make over from the dirty stained wallpaper which had been poorly hung to no hot water at 8.30 I had asked for our rooms to be close,we were not even on the same floor, unpressed bed linen to a loose wall socket.I could go on but I think you have the general picture
Pros: Everything was clean. The pools were amazing. The staff was very nice and polite. The fitness center was good as well.
Cons: The rooms were too small and it was hard to find a place to open luggage.

Pros: Beautiful pool and steam room
Cons: Rude and SLOW check in with too many personal questions. They tried to force me to pay more than I should. Internet ONLY works in cafe but is very slow. No slippers in the room. Pool is not very warm. It's 800 meters from the bus station (not 100 as they listed).
Pros: It has a great location.
Cons: Mold in showers and entire bathroom gets wet when you shower. Rude worker in pool. Accommodations were very bare bones. Internet only worked in the cafe.
