Located nearby to our friends home. Clean rooms and very helpful staff. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast available.
There is limited hot water, so get your shower early. After that the water is still comfortable enough but cool. As with many sidewalks in the city, the bricks are uneven, there really is no walkable sidewalk on this street because of obstacles. This is a side street and One walks in the street which is common. While clean, the facility is older, which is not against the hotel, but the reality of the story

Very friendly, helpful and obliging staff - nothing was too much trouble for them and whatever was done for us was done with a huge smile on their faces.
Areas around the hotel seemed a little tatty and not looked after but I think that is more of an infrastructure / local government problem not theirs, however it does detract from the impact of the hotel to see where it is situated on the street.
