Pros (+) Nothing, staff not accommodating at all
Cons (-) Was with a very important customer who smokes. Hotel is 100% non smoking, but nowhere on the site was this mentioned. We had to leave hotel and forfeited our deposit. Staff was completely unhelpful and rude. Not recommended.
