Pros (+) This place is awesome! Just in the middle between the beach and the old town. They rent bicycles for USD$1/day, or motorscooters for USD $5/day (plus gas). Super super inexpensive and awesome homestay. The owners are SUPER friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to talk. The on site restaurant is really good also, serving pho, spring rolls (great), and sandwiches. I highly recommend this ...
Cons (-) Noises in the early morning. Ongoing construction nearby but that is only temporary and during daylight hours. Bed was pretty comfy but some may find it firm.
