Pros (+) The room was clean - the beds were comfortable. The staff was quite personable. We were visiting family and the location was perfect for us; we will definitely stay there again.
Cons (-) Not a lot of choices for breakfast - waffles, cereal or not very good bakery.

Pros (+) Not much, except the manager did try to alleviate the check in clerks major attitude and opinion of me and my family.
Cons (-) Entering the correct date on my inquiry did not translate to a correct check in date at the hotel. I arrived and was treated like I had oozing leprosy by the odd and very unfriendly clerk. He offered no help in trying to figure out what happened, and tried his very best to try to burn us on a "singularly available" room. This after he just informed someone he had 26 rooms open. There was a bunch of construction debris in the parking lot, and the view was a weedy lot and some type of industrial storage area.
