Great location, excellent restaurants in the hotel (and nearby), clean hotel room, attentive and helpful staff. I liked the charging station at bedside, nice touch. The only improvement was perhaps with the tv channel selection — a few more movie options might be nice. However, I’d definitely stay here again!

Pros (+) The staff was extremely courteous and polite. All service request were attended promptly. Fresh fruit basket daily. Very convenient location.
Cons (-) Quality of fruits could be better and more variety. The room was a bit small, not much space to keep 2 bags.

Pros (+) JW Marriott was absolutely amazing. Staff was extremely courteous, facilities were clean, the place felt luxurious, and accessibility from and to the hotel was convenient. The hotel is located in one of the best malls of the city which is directly connected to an MTR station! Wifi was free and reliable which was very important to me.
Cons (-) The prices are steep but you expect that in Hong Kong. At almost $350 USD per night, breakfast could've been included in the package but was not.
