The staff was super friendly and very helpful! We forgot to bring a stroller and they were able to loan us a stroller during our stay. There was something wrong with our room, but they managed to fix it right away. Had such an amazing stay would definitely recommend!
Something that was a bit confusing was how to order room service. We managed to bring food from Swim that was To-Go so that was the route we took instead of room service.
Convenient locale . Beds comfortable .Staff friendly.
Room was dirty , building infrastructure in dire need of serious renovations . Poor TV connectivity. Poor food choices for such a large resort. No longer worthy of the Hyatt brand & reputation
Did not like the value
All the fees
Great value. Booked after Airbnb didn’t work out and it really was a vacation saver. Nice rooms, great beach across the street, helpful staff, plenty of shopping and excellent restaurants nearby. Amazing gym too.
Excels in Excellence
Large rooms. Comfortable beds. Superior shower. Great service. Breathtaking views. Outstanding amenities.
What didn’t we like? Having to leave and return home.
It was ok
In the centre for everything . Good clean rooms
To expensive the hotel charge extremely high prices for everything.
Nice and clean modern bathroom
Beds were just awful and uncomfortable... Spa was not a high value experience
That we had to leave so soon haha
Great place to consider
I liked the fact that the view for the room we had was pretty comforting. We were able to see the ocean and close to the other shops. It was walking distance from many restaurants and overall me and my other half had a great time.
I didn't like the fact that there wasn't a microwave. However there was an alternative to make hot water using their coffee/tea machine. But that's minor compared to some other hotels we've been in.
Best Wedding Anniversary!
We liked the location on Kalakaua Ave. across from Waikiki beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops and entertainment.
The pool is small for the size of the resort but we had the beach so we made it work for ourselves.
The bathroom had a bidet!
Noise, overpriced, busy, the shops on site staffing was unfriendly, too service food was horrible and they only serve till pm
I liked everything. The room was beautiful, the view was spatscular and the staff was always friendly. I did not plan on all the hotel and parking fees and the front desk was able to work with me by signing me up for the club membership and giving me a military discount. I will deffeintly be coming back and reffering everyone to this Hyatt!
