Bit noisy because of the work being done .
Hotel staff was nice and friendly as always!
The spa is amazing and the room (king bed with city view) was very comfortable but the pillows weren't to our personal preference.
The buffet breakfast was our big negative. The food was ok (only ok) but the breakfast area was very loud with the sounds of staff scraping plates and cutlery in the dining area..
The views, the bellman, the location
Poor signage, too many exit/entry points with no signage, waterfall under construction, staff not wanting to upgrade us even with offer to pay more, price of cocktails in the bar, small pool full of kids.
Breakfast was good thanks to fresh fruit, but staff arrangements were very noisy..:( If I come to Hawaii again, I will use another hotel.
