Why don’t the flight attendants be more attentive to picking up wraps, cup, cans from the trays?? These were left on my tray table the whole flight and with the cramped space, it added to more discomfort. They can learn a lot from the attendants on Asian airlines

Even though there were other less expensive flights that I was able to find and see online, they insisted the only flight available had a price difference of $4,000+ dollars. the original ticket was around $550 so this was absurd. Not helpful at all, how frustrating."

Make you go through TSA again and there isn't enough time to catch a flight 60 minutes later. Much less get bags and check in again. I"m look for a different air carrier. Alaska Air is a mediocre airline and it's okay for them. That landing included a few bounces. The pilot came over the com talking about a great landing. I'd hate to see one of his bad landings."

The seats were comfortable and we all received a flight packet that included a toothbrush, eye shades, ear plugs and a pair of socks for our comfort! Blankets and pillows were in our seats when we arrived."

Got to the gate, and of course, it was sold out. And they told me they weren't sure if the 7:30 PM flight would be taking off. So I grabbed my bags, made my way via train/bus/hitchhiking across the American border where my dad picked me up. Never got a single reason why I was bumped in the first place."

First class was terrible! It began with the customer service agent at the boarding gate taking being completely rude to the first class customers waiting to board. She/he (it was difficult to tell if it was a man or woman) yelled at everyone and said “it doesn’t take a genius to understand that only military or people with special needs may board, my god!!!” I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism from Delta. Then my husband and I went to our seats in first class and the flight attendant had left their paperwork and folders on our seats. I waited for a while to see if he would pick it up. He did not, so I picked it up and handed it to him. He then replied “oh we’re going to put you to work and pass out the agriculture forms”. When it came time for the meal he stated “we only have kale salad so do you want it or not?” My husband replied,” no I don’t like kale”. The flight attendant then replies “okay you don’t want it because that’s all we have”. My husband was seated in 1A, how do they have only one choice remaining out of the 3 when he’s in the first seat?? The flight attendant was very rude! As a loyal Delta customer, I was absolutely appalled at the unprofessional behavior from both customer service agents and first class flight attendant! I have to say that I will think twice before booking my next flight (next month) on Delta due to this experience.

It did not allow me to check in and left seats in advance or get a boarding pass. When specifically asked agent at gate for the row that had extra leg room, as my so. Is 6’4” she gives us a row where the seats do not even incline nor is there any extra room. Also the temp in Avon was high, making many passengers sweat Improve customer service !

Love the leg room and entertainment in comfort plus. Crew members were also excellent. However, serving gold fish and cookies twice on a 6hr flight is embarrassing. Delta should offer a better variety of snacks during a long flight.

Delta is my new favorite airlines. I have no complaints. Even if they don't serve meals the snacks were ok.

Pros: "Delta is the airline to fly if you have to fly (like I did) during a pandemic. They made sure at every turn we felt as safe as possible. They had passengers distanced from each other the whole time, handed out sanitizing wipes as we walked on the plane, made sure folks kept their masks on, gave us individual little baggies with snacks and water bottles that also had individual hand sanitizer packets. I felt so much more safe flying Delta on my way home to Hawaii in July than I did when I flew American Airlines on my way to the mainland in June."

This was not a safe situation and was noted by several passengers."

If she would have just processed my ticket I would have had 35 minutes to get to my gate instead of 10. When you are flying with half full planes there should really be better ways to manage customer service."

The main clerk that helps with the line up was rude to passengers. Stating that on a domestic flight you need to be 2 hours ahead of boarding. Which most of us were a good 90 minutes to pre boarding. All of the struggles can be avoided with self serve check-in and prepaid bag check. The flight and crew were friendly and pleasant."

Passengers were told that the baggage issue was "weather-related", which is ludicrous even if the weather both in origin and destination had not been clear and sunny with no wind (it was). Info was taken on if passengers needed bags sent on to another destination or to a hotel but were told it would not get to Lima until the next morning (this was flight 808 landing just before 4 pm). Unclear why it couldn't be put on the next flight same day. And unclear what is happening to our bags now until the morning. No apology wasn't issued to passengers. Additionally we were delayed 15 mins due to "weather". I don't mind short delays but it was absolutely not weather-related. Weather is the default excuse to transfer fault away from themselves."
