Pros (+) The room was extremely quiet. There were musicians in other rooms nearby that you could hear from the hallway. But inside the room it was completely quiet. That was nice. Also it was nice to have access to a small kitchen and full-size refrigerator. Overall the size of the room, albeit small, was just fine. And the proximity to downtown restaurants and to the venue where we were for our conference...
Cons (-) Parking. This is not a hotel problem. It's a Houston problem. It just seems ridiculous to me that the hotel should charge $15 a day for parking in an uncovered unsecure lot. But that's the average going rate everywhere in downtown Houston. So I guess you just have no choice other than to pay for parking or to park on the street and take your chances.

Pros (+) It is in walking distance of the George Brown Convension Center & rooms are quiet. The staff was friendly.
Cons (-) Food, bed, my sheets was left folded on my bed for me to make, beds uncomfortable, $25 parking (4 spots only) 3 blocks away, could not get in room until after 5pm
