Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guest reviews are overwhelmingly negative, with cleanliness being a major concern—multiple guests reported dirty rooms, stained sheets, and even bed bugs. Service is also criticized, with reports of rude or unhelpful staff, extra charges, and poor hospitality. The breakfast is described as minimal, with very limited options that often fall below expectations. While a few guests appreciated aspects like location, price, or individual staff members, the overall sentiment is that the hotel fails to meet basic standards for comfort, cleanliness, and service.AI-generated from customer reviews
