Our hotel is located in the heart of Houston just minutes away from downtown and The Galleria business district, directly off of I-10. We are also located directly across the street from Memorial Park which is equipped with a golf course, tennis courts, 3 mile jogging trail and hiking trails. Our hotel offers all of our guests free wired and wireless high-speed internet access, hot breakfast, a state of the art extended fitness center, heated indoor pool, and an outdoor experience facility with a water feature. Cons: Night attendant was polite but overly polite. Had to ask twice for two keys, he seemed preoccupied. Remote wasn’t working properly, could only change channels, volume didn’t work, had to manually turn on & off. But I would definitely stay here again, these were minor issues.

Pros: Service was great, every day housekeeping had my room cleaned. Bed was very comfortable and location was amazing. Funny, I had some valuable work go missing while here and thought I’d ask mgmt if housekeeping saw the missing documents. The staff searched through all of the prior days trash and turns out I missed place it myself. Egg on face! I can’t thank them enough however for the extra mile they took in trying to help me. I would highly suggest this place and they even have brand new funky carpeting in all the rooms :)

Cons: The lady at the lobby was rude, looked like she was watching tv and eating and was mad. She took awhile to come to the lobby area to assist us. Then when asking for question she was so rude and not even greet us, ask for the credit card to charge. She repeatedly run it so many times and was upset. She didn’t even apologized, she did ask is this card working? Does it have funds? Lol really... yes lady!!! Other than that room was as expected to stay for one night. We also had trouble with the cable box that took a guy about 30 mins to come and fix, the parking lot is small
