Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, ocean views, and the friendliness of some staff members. However, there are frequent complaints about the bathrooms, including lack of hot water, poor water pressure, and privacy issues. Breakfast offerings often disappoint, with several guests noting it was not as advertised or lacked variety. The pool and jacuzzi also receive criticism for cleanliness or maintenance issues. Overall, while the location and some aspects of service are appreciated, many guests feel the facilities and amenities do not match the price or expectations.
