Staff on the breakfast side were good. Rooms were always cleaned up nicely.
No room service, no one interested in even asking you for any added service. TVs didn’t have subscription for half their channels.

The rooms where crammed with twin beds pushed together. The beds slid apart and the mattresses where old and torn. No house keeping to provided clean bedding or towels regularly. The furniture in the polar was old and worn. The view was of a construction sight. The breakfast was well eatable but nothing special. However, the staff was friendly and easy to work with. In sum the photos do not represent the hotel.
