Pros: I like the atmosphere of the Swiss airline company, checking in, flights was excellent

Pros: The airline is top notch and treated you great like it should be.

Cons: The sears where a little tight but not bad and the movie options were ok not great.

Pros: The crew was friendly and helpful.

Cons: The aircraft looked new. However the seat widths seemed small. Awkward recline as well. The seats were just not comfortable.

Pros: Great flight. I’m typically a Delta flier but China Eastern definitely impressed. I will fly with them again soon.

Cons: Checkin process was really cumbersome and required a text message to confirm, which I couldn't do when I was in Asia.

Cons: Flight attendant coughing into hand while handling drinks cart. Flight attendant wearing face mask would be less threatening to health of passengers

Cons: Gate is crowded and no escalator only steps. No clear area for business class and its a fiasco boarding

Cons: A 4 hour delay for an 11 hour plus flight? They could have let us off the plane and if not at least been more pleasant. Flight attendants were rude. Worst airline AND flight I have experienced in my entire life.

Pros: We found an amazing deal for this flight. Overall it was good, service, entertainment, airline, etc... all was as expected.

Cons: It was like riding on s cardboard box. The most uncomfortable seats I've ever sat in for a transpacific flight.

Cons: Food wasn't great and didn't get the option to pic something not allergy inducing. The chairs were very uncomfortable with no back support or head padding.

Cons: The seats provide very little space which is especially bad during such a long flight, the food options are really bad and limiting for those who don't eat red meat or don't eat meat at all, this is the only flight i've ever been on where i was asked to take out my headphones during take off and 30mins-1hr before landing, the aircraft itself is incredibly dated and left in disarray often.

Cons: The lounge is a bit far from the departure gate, so I waited with regular economy class travelers. It would have been nice to have had a closer dedicated area for business class.

Cons: We requested wheelchair assistance for my grandmother (3 days before the flight), but at the departing airport, the person with the wheelchair left early and we had to walk her on to the plane. When we arrived at Hong Kong, there was no wheelchair on the bridge, and after disembarking and being told to wait, it took 30 minutes for them to bring one. The ground staff kept trying to convince us to just walk which seemed very unprofessional.

Pros: I bid for an upgrade on the 2nd leg so business was much better. The lady serving in business was very nice.

Cons: This leg was pretty much ok. Took an hour + to receive my baggage.

Pros: Staff were very friendly apart from the check in guy (Saudi) I assume. Food was okish, Seating was average.

Cons: Plane had an awful smell upon entry. This was on both legs of the journey.

Pros: Crew was excellent as always with the Sri Lankan hospitality.

Cons: It was an old aircraft and felt dirty. Screens, seats, lavatories, everything was old. There were some really loud and rude passengers behind us causing disruption to everyone around. The crew tried to handle it but the passengers were just not cooperating.
