Cons: "They ran out of the food option I preferred. When I asked if another Food cart might have one, I was told they were completely gone. A few minutes later o heard my preferred meal choice offered to another guest."

Pros: "the onboard entertainment system is poor: you don't have your personal screen, and the only programmes available are the saftey video and airline's ads. The flight was delayed for 20 minutes at the start however it arrived on time. So that was not really an issue."
Cons: "The crew are professioanl and the service is OK although you need to ask for your tea/coffee. The food isn't amazing but it meets my expectation about the short flight cuisine."

Pros: "Too many security checkpoints were annoying, but they were good when you follow the rules of what to carry and what not to carry. I also liked that this much security doesn’t allow easy access to the US."

Cons: "The mashing not working in the airport in Istanbul for visa , and the internet, if u want the internet u need to have your phone active to get the code to put on so you get the service internet!!!! Same with a visa !! And since we are more a resident we don’t have local # of Turkey"

Cons: "I’d change out the Mac and cheese at the prelanding meal. Service took awhile and I ended up in the zone in the back where choices were gone. Biggest factor was inability of phone center or inter et to check me in."

Cons: "There is no communication from the airport to the passengers making it really complicated to board the plane on time even while waiting for the boarding to begin at the gate."

Cons: "The plane wasn't clean, the table/trays hadn't been cleaned. We had a 2 hour delay and no reason was given and waiting for food for a very long time in this case and it was already late in the day."

Cons: "We had to spend the night in Istanbul and get only on the next flight the following morning. TK airport (ground) staff that talked to us was antipathetic and it took ages to get any service. Looks like they didn't care we about the delay, nor they were trying to help us. Just kept saying we need to wait."

Cons: "There was a dispute about a seat assignment and the flight attendant stated that she did NOT have the authority to decide the outcome. One passenger was in another passengers seat and refused to leave because it was next to a relatives seat."

Pros: "I had a most pleasant experience flying from New York, NY to Kiev, Ukraine. Everything about the service was just right. Thank you for your kindness and attention to detail. From now on I will only fly Turkish Airlines when going to Kiev."

Cons: "Would not refund my ticket or make changes. Turkey is full of terrorism and all Americans have been evacuated from this country and the airline would not refund me. They kept my money and robbed me."

Cons: "My flight was cancelled two days in a row. When i tried calling the 800 number call center, it didn't work. When i called the Turkey phone number, the communication was bad. After 3 days of being stranded i went to the Turkish Airlines office and they were not able to help me with a new flight or a refund so that i can purchase another ticket home."

Pros: "The crew was excellent. Wonderful entertainment. Very clean aircraft. Good food and loved the goodie bag. Would have rated it a 10 all around but the seating arrangement is not good"

Cons: "I had a trip with one connection, from Tel Aviv to Milan. The flight from Tel Aviv was delayed, which coused the connection flight to be delayed. Also, and most importantly, they've left my luggage in Istanbul (where the connection was from), so that I was left with no proper clothes/essentials for four (!) days (and it was colder than expected in Italy)."

Cons: "I asked to be upgraded to the first class since I wasn't feeling well. There were many vacant seats and I was willing to pay the difference but I did not given any response other than they couldn't do it while boarding."

Cons: "This flight was pure misery. In the Istanbul airport flight gates are not announced until an hour before your fight. This would be fine if Turkish Airlines would also allow us access to our flight at that time. The gate had been announced and we had to wait for them to set up a security checkpoint before we could even sit at our gate. This security checkpoint was set up at a point where nearly everyone on the flight was waiting. This caused it to be a huge delay of people concerned about missing their flight. Little did they know that they had nothing to be concerned about because our flight would eventually be delayed two hours. We were eventually loaded onto our plane which apparently was having some technical issues despite just landing in Istanbul. There were people who had rode in on the plane that was eventually deemed unsafe to fly because of an error with the steering mechanism (which we were not even told what was going on until we boarded a second plane). While they determined this we sat on a hot, non air-conditioned plane full of screaming children. I understand why they were screaming and wanted to join in. We eventually had to deboard the plane and wait for them to secure us an alternate plane. They attempted to deliver the plane to the gate, but were unable to steer the first plane away from it, so we had to be transported by bus to the open tarmac. There was no order or organization as to how people were loaded on to either the bus or plane and it was pure and utter choas that delayed our flight even further. The plane we boarded did not have inflight entertainment so we sat on our four hour flight to London left to our own devices. When we arrived in London it was pat the point of public transportation trains running and I had to reroute to a bus. By the time I arrived at my flat it was 4 in the morning. Turkish Airlines has been the most chaotic, unprofessional, disorganized, and inefficient airline I have ever traveled on. My tale will continue with my return flights and how they lost my luggage and it hung out in Istanbul for a few days before being returned to me. I can not stress enough to others to never travel with this airline. The cheaper price is not worth it."

Cons: "There were enormous crowds at Sabiha Gökçen airport. The flight connections were late due to bad weather, and I nearly missed my connection to Brussels. There was no information and no help, and the gate was already closed. The people at the ground terminal knew no foreign languages. All they could say was 'I do not know. This is not my responsibility'. Completely disorganised."

Pros: "I loved it from the second it started, I didn't want to get off the plane. The service and comfort can't be beat. You get alot more than what you pay for."

Cons: "With the high level of noise, I prefer movies with subtitles/CC. There were only a handful of such movies on the flight. Seats a bit too cramped and become unbearable when the front seat leans back.. Suggestion: have a hole section (i.e., center section, between isles) with seats that do NOT lean back."

Cons: "You canceled our flight and didn't bother to email us about it. Had I not had a friend with me who spoke Turkish fluently I would have been unable to communicate with you enough to figure this out. The desk services were incredibly rude and disrespectful."
