The location is great and the lobby nice enough, but the room was not as we expected based on the junior king suite pictures. Surfaces did not appear to be wiped and the shower was obviously uncleaned- dirty floor and a dry, used towel hung over the shower head. We checked in later than anticipated and had to leave early the next day to maintain our itinerary, so we avoided using the shower. There were several unexpected charges to my account after my stay that that front desk did graciously explain and remove as necessary. I think the courtyard Hyannis could be a pleasant stay, if a little more attention were given to cleanliness, furniture quality, and the rooms were not so misleading and flat out expensive.
