Tutto ok
This was definitely a no frills airline. The flight crew didn’t even offer us water, or anything to purchase. Even the coffee wasn’t free.
Flight reservation was canceled withou notice had to spend the night in the airport
Flight reservation was canceled withou notice had to spend the night in the airport
No food. No drinks. No bumbs
No WiFi was available the entire flight, and the screens where media entertainment were disconnected.
Communicaton could be better. they were On time.
Nossos assentos eram na cabine turista premium. Não foi oferecido úm espumante de boas vindas como e outras companĥias. Tamɓém não foram oferecidos copos de vidro.
The boarding process was horrible. As a business class passenger I had to stay the long line after the gate doors because the was no special priority boarding. After the full of people bus stop near the plain nobody from the stuff was organize passengers on the ground before the plane. All passengers from economy class were using the first ramp and passing business class to rich their seats in economy class. But at the same time the second ramp to economy class seats was absolutely free. Bed selection of vine. At the beginning of dinner Cava was finished. The food was very simple for business class and not tasty. It is impossible to serve grilled beef in bouillon instead of creamy souse. Instead of espresso I got filtered coffee from the pot. Second meal during 12,5 hours flight as a small piece of tortilla is too small.
the flight was cancelled, then I lost the connection and my purchased chair with extra space as well.
Paid for the seats and before the flight were changed
Space between seats is getting smaller every year.
As compared to our beginning flight to Madrid this flight was light years better in every category! Highlights were the top notch crew, service and food. Our first experience with Iberia was at two opposite sides of the spectrum. Thank you for an excellent return flight to Chicago - O Hare!!
The seats are just too tight. My husband's knees hit the front seat. Definitely need more room In economy.
Too fast of a flight to grade.
I want to ask kayak company are dealing with kiwi.com s r o I have bad experience for this.
Seat comfort
Seat very very small and my neighbor was XXXL
No food, no entertainment
The seats were the smallest and most crowded I’ve ever endured.
2 h delay, poor service, only one bathroom for business class. Not worth the price of the ticket
I was told international flights are very nice however this one was not. We were so cramped in our seats that it was very uncomfortable. The attendants catered to the passengers that preordered their food and seemed 'put out' when we wanted to order something. We ordered a croissant sandwich and got a bagel sandwich. My husband ordered a coffee and never got it. We were so thirsty and had to go looking for someone to get some water. The food was horrible. The bathroom was filthy. The movie selection was not good.
They put us on budget airline Wamos for 9hr flight with no entertainment and very small seats
The crew members are wonderful. We got the best service and foods during the trip. We will use the company again when travel to Europe and tell our friends to do so.
We flew Level for the first time direct from Barcelona to San Francisco, and wow, we were pleasantly surprised: large, comfortable seats in economy class, the crew were very friendly and polite the entire trip, and the food and entertainment options were great. We would absolutely fly them again.
paid for premium economy, and it was a waste of money. Got slightly more legroom and that was it. Definitely an inferior product to their airlines premium economy. Service was rude when you could actually get it. Never again
- Plane wa 4 hours late - Staff were nowhere to be seen on the entire trip - Passengers kept cutting across exit row to use the bathroom. Staff refused to help. I Constantly had people stepping on my feet and waking me up. (I have a foot injury and this was extremely painful)
Was a pleasant experience
The flight was fine the service was good. The plane could be cleaner
Boarding not to organized
