Pros (+) Staff were friendly when approached Maintenance staff repaired a broken doorknob as soon as we reported it.
Cons (-) - No towels in the room on check-in - Breakfast buffet was poor, had to spit out the potatoes as they were so dry. must have been sitting for hours - The TIP cards on the table are cheesy, and unprofessional - WIFI is a joke, I feel sorry for the staff having to tell customers that it is their computers or software.
