“Location and the good service of staff”
“Ostentatious and palatial, with an impressive lobby. Lovely Japanese garden at the back (though be careful as guests are not allowed to wander freely!). Clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and did their best to help. Cyclists well-catered for; guests can bring their bikes up to their rooms.”
“Overall, the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The interior of the the hotel is beautifully decorated and from the entrance lobby guests can enjoy looking out at a beautiful Japanese garden. Imabari Castle, which is definitely worth at least a short visit, is a ten-minute walk away from the hotel.”
