The location of the hotel is the best.
too noisy in the hotel. I mean the walls are not a real one. You can hear every thing what's going on in the other rooms!!! Even the shoring of people in the next room!!! Awful!!!

The helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They gave a real Finnish welcome and couldn't do enough to please.
The hotel looks a little tired and could do with a full refurbishment. It was a little too expensive. There were no Enhlish language channels on the television. International travellers require this as few will speak Finnish.
