Excellent place to stay on a vacation.
Bedding, Pool, Firepit on the Patio & the Hot Tub.

The bed was very uncomfortable.
We stayed here for the Big Ten Championship game, it had an easy location to get to, clean rooms, quick check in. I booked three rooms and two of the people got there at 2 pm (1 hr before check in) and the hotel set them up with their room early with no hassle. Would recommend.
No free breakfast - but this is stated on the website so it wasn't a surprise.
Their "free WiFi" never did work for my laptop. I even moved to the lobby & couldn't connect.
CLEAN AND UP TO DATE
The first night we checked in late. There was no one at the counter. Started looking around and a lady in sweat pants on her phone seemed bothered as she got up walked to the counter and said can I help you. I gave her my ID and CC. She processed and handed me a pack of key and said the room number is on the back with out any other communication she walked back to her phone and sat down. I was disappointed there was no interaction or thank you. The second night was way different. With different staff they were very helpful and everytime I walked through the lobby they smiled
Room decor was great-new and updated, pool and fitness room available and the outdoor space to sit and relax was also nice to have.
Did find 2 pillbugs on the bathroom floor the morning of my checkout and the double queen room did not have a refrigerator or microwave but otherwise my stay was great.
I liked how easy check in and check out were and how friendly that staff were.
I liked the decor, the bedding and pillows were super comfortable. Very clean as well! Excellent customer service as well. All staff we met were very courteous and friendly. There was a fold-out couch too, and I was pleasantly surprised by that! New flat screen tv.
Parking lot could be bigger, and it didn't circle under the portico. My one and only major concern was the force of the toilet when it flushed. Think airplane toilet. I could hear neighbors flushing at all hours, so I also felt guilty each time we flushed too. Sounds silly, but it was a HUGE problem!
Wished we could've stayed longer
When we walked into the room, we both were like "wow". Really nice room, clean and the bed was really comfy. We were on a long trip and this was just one of our stays, but we both wished it would've been a longer stay. Also, the staff was very friendly and had some good restaurant recommendations.
Can't think of anything we didn't like.

I liked the upscale contemporary decor. The finishes, fabrics, furniture and colors created a comfortable and relaxing environment.
The mattress was a bit too firm for my taste. The pillows weren't firm enough. But that's my preference. Others may be quite pleased with the bedding.
