$18 to park and there were no spots on their parking lot. Several cars did not pass but staff seemed unconcerned
friendly staff, good location for our activities
$18 parking fee
Nice spacious room. Good breakfast.
Did not know I would be charged $18/day for parking. Also I had to forego using the internet as I did not know I had to be a hotel club member to use the internet. Traffic noise was a bit much, and the hard hall floors echoed at night.
Convenient location, shuttle was awesome, considering it was raining and I did't want to walk to the convention center, breakfast was good. Thanks HI-X.
Parking Garage was a little bit of a run through the rain, but not bad if weather is nice.
Very modern and clean
The guy at check in needs to Chick-fil school. Could have been warmer.
The location is great for downtown events. Love that they have a shuttle available for downtown travel. The check in took a little longer because the employee helping me doesn't normally work the front desk but was helping out. Super friendly though!!
Was not told the shuttle stops at 10:30. My room was right across from the elevator and was rather loud.
Love breakfast room & staff.
Paying to park is not something we are use to & that may keep us from staying there again. But I loved the hotel. Routes to fairgrounds stunk.
Location is nice, being right downtown, across from Lucas Oil Field. And near the canal, etc. We actually just went to the Indiana State Fair, so it was also convenient for that as well.
We were put on the end of the building where construction of another building/hotel was going on - started at 7 AM, so no chance of sleeping in like I'd hoped. In hindsight-It would have been nice if they'd put us in a room away from the noise.
Breakfast was excellent. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.
The billing was applied to my account strangely. Alot of holds and credits. My bank account was not right until 2 days after my stay ended. Do not use a debit card to book stay.
Close to downtown.
There were so many great things about this hotel! Excellent location, free wifi, nice breakfast, reasonable prices in the snack shop, friendly staff, comfortable beds... I could go on.
One of the elevators broke down during my stay, which was pretty inconvenient since I was on the top floor!
Breakfast had a great variety. Staff was very friendly. If you are in town for football (which we were not) it is right beside Lucas Oil Stadium.
