Cons (-) The Wifi was very spotty. I would have given this an excellent rating if the Wifi had been stronger as I was trying to stream some important videos. We have stayed here 2 years in a row for BOA. Please fix the Wifi so we can stay there next year!

Pros (+) The location to our Family event was good.
Cons (-) The room while clean, was cluttered, staff was very impersonal, went to check out and had to stand there on crutches for at least 4 mins before a desk clerk was available let alone acknowledged me. She said very coldly: "Can I help you?" Mouth full of food and very unprofessional. No shampoos or anything besides bar soap was in the room. Mold in the room.
