Great look and location. I was well pleased.
The parking options are a bit pricey for my preference.
Staff were very nice and hospitable
Room was dirty and loud
The staff were very unhelpful. I was billed twice. My truck was wrecked by valet (who were a third party and actually very pleasant to deal with.) But I have called now on four different occasions requesting an itemized bill. Never received. I called again today and no one answered... This is ridiculous
The comfortable clean room and especially the bed
A moveable table to sit at with my husband s for meals and 2 comfy chairs
I loved that the property was clean and very fashionable!
I called multiple times to make sure I had everything I needed to book the hotel and to check in. When we got to the hotel the service desk attendant was telling me different facts than the guy on the phone good thing I had a back up plan because if I didn’t my trip would be ruined. Caused a lot of stress
