Cons (-) Their was absolutely no sound barriers . I asked for a “quiet room, out of the way “. They stuck me between a family with 2 screaming kids on one side and 18 year old Soccer Players on the other ). The room service was NON EXISTENT. It came from a in house market . However , when I ordered an appetizer at The Red Bar , it was very good , along with the Prickly Pear Cactus Margarita. I don’t think ...

Cons (-) Long wait for checking in and room availability; wifi did not work for our iPhones and computer. These devices worked in all hotels preceding this one.

Pros (+) The hotel is centrally located and six minutes from the airport, making it a great choice if you've an early morning departure or late night arrival. Our room was very quiet. The Marketplace was great for snacks and provided a good selection of tasty foods. The staff was friendly and the bed comfortable.
Cons (-) The parking fee of $22-24 per night seems excessive for a suburb like Irvine which is pretty much made of concrete, shopping malls and parking lots. The sink drain didn't work properly, one of my pet peeves in a hotel in any price category and unexpected in this type of hotel.
