Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, with many appreciating its proximity to metro stations, shops, and attractions. The service is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming, with several guests naming staff members for their hospitality. Many reviews mention spacious rooms and comfortable beds as positives. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with multiple guests reporting dirty floors, bathrooms, and linens, and some expressing dissatisfaction with the housekeeping. Overall, while the hotel excels in location, service, and room size, improvements in cleanliness are needed.
