Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to shopping centers and major roads, which is ideal for both leisure and business travelers. However, many reviews highlight significant issues with service, including unresponsive or unhelpful staff, as well as problems with cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms. The breakfast is frequently described as basic or disappointing, with complaints about limited variety and slow replenishment. Some guests also mention discomfort with beds and issues with amenities like air conditioning and Wi-Fi. While a few reviews note positive experiences with staff and the hotel's structure, the overall sentiment is mixed, with more emphasis on areas needing improvement.
