Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were highly satisfied with their stay at the hotel, frequently praising the friendly and attentive service, spacious and comfortable rooms, and the relaxing onsen baths, both public and private. Many appreciated the convenient location close to tourist spots and the complimentary taxi service to and from the station. The amenities and thoughtful touches, such as welcome drinks, yukata, and late checkout, were also well received. While a few guests noted minor issues with room odor, outdated decor, or limited food options without prior reservation, the overall experience was overwhelmingly positive, making the hotel a recommended choice for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
