Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests generally appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the convenient access to the winery and free wine offerings. Many found the rooms to be spacious and comfortable, with some positive mentions of cleanliness. However, several reviews noted that the hotel facilities and rooms felt old or in need of renovation, and there were mixed opinions about the breakfast and dinner options. The location was seen as a bit remote, making it necessary to plan meals in advance, but the peaceful surroundings and onsen were highlights for many guests.
