Overall it was a great place to stay…. Yes it is a bit dated with some peeling wallpaper and a couch that was rather worn, but the room itself was very clean otherwise. The AC worked, the mini fridge was super helpful, the breakfast was decent, and the pool was awesome for the kids. Overall, I got a lot more for a lot less compared to our hotel in Yellowstone.
We stayed one night after Grand Teton! The location was so close to the park and to town square in Jackson. Kids loved the pool and the fitness center was nice!
The lobby was ok. The room was terrible. The bed, if it can be called a bed, was worse than sleeping on a rock. There was absolutely zero parking. Way too many rooms for parking spaces. No organization at all with room numbers or parking. Headache to deal with hotel issues after long day of traveling. Will not stay again. I’ve stayed at Ranch Inn across the street with much, much better experience...

Pros (+) The bed was very comfortable.
Cons (-) Breakfast would have been nice with eggs and bacon.
Pros (+) Location was close to town square with lots of eating choices. Very decent breakfast included with room cost. Dining area decor was very good. Good pool and hot tub area.

Pros (+) The beds and pillows were super comfortable and the location was great for the price. It was nice having an interior and exterior door to the room so we could walk through the warm hotel to get to the hot tub in our bathing suits or easily leave the room to go to town or to drive somewhere.
Cons (-) The carpet felt so dirty/gross on my feet that I wore socks the entire time I was in the room. I'm not sure they have the best vacuums as I even found what seemed to be pizza crust on the floor when we first arrived. On the day of check-out, a housekeeper walked into our room at 9 AM and claimed we were checked out in the system. We called and told the front desk and they said we were still checke...

Pros (+) Great location! For a hotel that allowed us to bring our pets it felt very upmarket. Room was clean and comfortable- would definitely stay again!
Cons (-) Not really anything to complain about, as with all Jackson hotels the price is high. But if you want/need to stay in Jackson you just have to suck it up!
Pros (+) This hotel is in a convenient location to town. The layout of the hotel is motel-ish.. but our door was inside. Rooms are updated ... kinda... The price I paid was definitely more than what the room was worth - but it is Jackson. They were the last hotel with rooms at a lower prices than others, thankful for the room.
