Our room had cold a/c and was clean.
Fort $209 / night would expect some type of breakfast in the loony, even just help yourself items. Very little water pressure in the shower. The lobby and hallways were warm and humid.
The place was nice , the bed was comfortable , and the place was quiet.
The staff was polite and tried to explain away the decline in the hotel.
No accomadations at all!! Restaurant closed, spa tub is additional cost, pool area and hot tub area has gone down hill, gym is gone, very limited amenities available at front desk, toiletries are on the wall and even the towels are stiff. The rooms are out dated and not everything in the rooms work. Everything has an extra cost. $25.00 NOW IF YOU WANT JETS TURNED ON IN TUB!! $1.50 for a cup of coffee that use to be free and a restaurant that is operational but not open. New management is making changes so call before booking. My trip there was soo disappointing.
Staff didnt really care about putting the phone down to care for the customer..
Disappointed with cleanliness and staff
Location was great and passes to gym were great also
Bed and shower were dirty ... Not up to pair and definitely not how it displayed online. Would not suggest hotel to anyone nor come back
Super freindy and clean
A little slow at check in but not to bad.
Friendly staff, nice clean hotel.
Not pleased at all. Cut rate, cheaply operated.
Jacuzzi didn't work, tub didn't hold water. Room never cleaned the whole time we stayed. When we arrived the A/c filter was caked up with dust and dirt and they didn't offer us to another room. They're maintenance guy wouldn't be in until next day so we had to sleep in that room with dirty air filter. The a/c struggled and the room was musty. After the filter was cleaned the a/c worked better. Lock on out side of door was in disarray. The second night lock wouldn't work had to have the cards redone. Breakfast was worse then I think prisoners in jail eat. We were asked in the morning hot or cold. We requested hot and the only question they asked was our room number. Other tables were given choices very little but they were asked. The food was rationed like they were going out of business. I could go on but this hotel ruined our family trip. I was sick feeling all day Sunday. I have requested a refund but there has been no assistance with this request.
The rooms where okay- the breakfast was awful. It was either hot or cold choices- and hardly enough to fill up a six year old. All the room service did was give us new towels.
Nice for the price
Accomodations were nice although our room was canary yellow with no pictures on the walls and a lack of decorating. Thdy need to retrain thd cleaning crew as our room didnt look like it had been vacuumed at all. Overall, it was worth the price we paid.
Lack of attention to housekeeping
Great location and decent facilities for discounte
Great location for us: near to where I want and between Jacksonville and Beaches, with decent mall and eateries very near by. Opaque rate offered was very good. TV channels via Xfinity were quite good. Staff, esp. breakfast, seem to be eager and friendly.
Facilities are getting aged with lack up maintenance. E.g.,: room carpet was old and wrinkled to a degree, my wife almost tripped several times. - Safety concern. (Work) Table is very small and inadequate. Small alarm clock was unplugged (for reason) resetting the time is near impossible. Complimentary Hot and Cold breakfast were very basic, compared to national chain brands, say Hamptons, HI Express, etc.
Needs a maintenance team
I like the whole concept of this hotel but it really needs some attention paid to keeping it maintained.
Seriously needs better quality pillows. Both lifts at pool and hot tub were not operable. In our room the only toiletries were 1 small size bar of soap and 1 lotion. Definitely glad I bring my own or would have had to go to a store. Just looked like management needs to pay more attention to the little things and or owners need to invest in a little tlc.
