Pros (+) Our welcome was AMAZING! We were placed close to the pool, but not on the pool, so we didn't have to worry about the littles unlocking the door and going swimming by themselves.
Cons (-) The business center needs improvement. The printer didn't work and the internet was horribly slow. The front desk (different person than check-in) was not willing to help fix the problem, nor did she do it in a pleasant manner. Also, I got faster WiFi when I loaded the hotspot on my phone than running on the hotel WiFi.
