Those who will be spending a lot of time in the waterpark should consider booking accommodation at Hotel Jay or the Tram Haus Lodge for the convenience and vicinity to the facilities. Furthermore, if you are planning to cook your own meals, make sure you book a condo rather than a hotel room as they include a kitchenette. If you are looking to bring your dog, the Jay Peak Resort does have some pet-friendly rooms but make sure you book as early as possible as the number is limited.

Both locations are open from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm every day, and customers staying at the resort get special discounts on regular rates.

Taiga Spa is open daily from 9:00 am to 8:00 pm and it offers a range of services which include skin treatments, nail treatments, waxing, and some spa packages which include a combination of services. The resort has airport shuttles available that can provide transportation from the 7 airports located within driving distance. They can fit up to 6 persons and the pricing is per shuttle bus. If you have arrived at Plattsburgh International Airport, the transfer fee will be around $160 one-way for the shuttle, and if you landed at Boston Logan International Airport, expect to pay $325 one-way, while the one-way transport from the closest airport, the Northeast Kingdom International Airport, will be approximately $60.(Prices checked 30/04/19).
