Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, citing stained linens, unpleasant odors, pests, and general lack of hygiene. Breakfast was another major disappointment, with many reviews mentioning poor quality, limited options, or lack of breakfast despite it being advertised. Service also received criticism, with reports of unfriendly or unhelpful staff and issues during check-in. Only a few guests mentioned positive experiences, such as friendly staff or working amenities, but these were rare compared to the negative feedback.AI-generated from customer reviews
