Great location. Rooms are large.
Elevators were slow. Room was not made during my 2 day stay.

A mixed bag, but a good location
Overall, a good place to stay if you need to be in Jersey City or lower Manhattan. It is only two blocks from the PATH train and the price certainly beats Manhattan prices.
The parking is not convenient. It is the shopping center parking garage behind the hotel, but it is not connected in any way to the hotel, which is inconvenient. Also, the shower faucet in our room was broken and we could not get truly hot water without the pipes banging loudly and the shower stall shaking. We were there for two days and it was never fixed.
Had a nice stay
The family really enjoyed our stay at the Westin Hotel in Jersey City. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean, comfortable and up to date. I have no complaints. The location was great if you want to go sight-seeing in New York. You are close enough to get to the city in no time (I recommend the subway (Path) with ease and have a location that is away from the hustle and bustle if that is what you prefer and Jersey City is extremely clean and people friendly. I can't recommend it enough!!!!

50 dollars for Below average scrabled eggs, potatoes, oatmeal for two... I was not impressed with the price or quality of food.

The staff were extremely courteous, helpful and accommodating. At check-in, Debbie was wonderful, great sense of humor, and very professional. She upgraded our room and gave us a beautiful view of the Manhattan. The young man at the door was wonderful as well. He was kind and courteous. The beds were very comfortable and clean.
We didn't like that there was a charge for wi-fi. We normally stay in hotels where the wi-fi is free. On the positive side, since we didn't use it for the 24 hours that we paid for, my credit card was credited and we were only charged half of the fee for wi-fi. Wasn't too thrilled about paying $3.00 for a coke from the little store either.
