Pros (+) I liked the size of the room
Cons (-) The heater wasn't working. The front desk never sent extra blankets. The hotel manager was rude and told us it was our fault when we complained
Pros (+) The breakfast was amazing. Staff were very helpful. Location is superb.
Pros (+) The staff was friendly and did what they could to accommodate our requests.
Cons (-) The interior in common areas besides the lobby is really warn out, smelly and needs compete renovations. Rooms are smelly and warn out.
Pros (+) Room was clean and comfortablewith a kitchenette and balcony. Good service. Nice hotel. Huge Israel breakfast also optional for only $15 extra.
