Four hours delay

Delays again with jet2 getting regular now

We waited about an hour outside the aerport building after boarding by the gate waiting to board the plane. the plane wasnt there yet.... It was freezing, 8 degree Celsius, barely chairs to sit, no staff to ask question, no screen with information.... The plane arrived, after about forty fives minutes wait there, and until it was emptied, passengers, suitcases.... only then we allowed on board. there was there babies, and older people, besides of the rest of the passengers. it took me over an hour to recover from the freeze. It was a disaster. I don't understand how the airport crew decided to do boarding by the gate forty five minutes before the plane landed. would love to hear a reply from you. i will send this message to PAPHOS INTL AIRPORT as well.

Pros: Crew was attentive

Cons: The seats are awfully tight and no padding The plane was delayed for almost 3 hours while we were on it because of some air conditioning issue

Cons: It was freezing on the plane everyone had hoods up and coats on.

Pros: Comfortable flight

Cons: Alanya airport puts you through security 3 times. If they want to do this at the gate including hand searching they need to employ more staff to speed up the process. Food and drink at the airport is expensive

Pros: That it's over

Cons: People had to go a long way to find space to stow their bags. No one was telling people to put small bags under their seats.
