Good price/quality ratio. Very comfortable room above Japan standard
Good location. Right located at the city center. It's is so easy to reach the major attractions.
Nice hotel, very comfortable and convenient. Delicious melon parfait in the cafe.
As an American tourist, the usual great things about an upscale Japanese hotel apply: - Outstanding customer service that never fails to give you the impression that everybody just wants to go above and beyond - Outstanding cleanliness - Nice decor, nice facilities. There's a dessert dining area and a master patissier, which is an interesting take in addition to the usual lunch and dinner. I actually had a slice of mango cake and iced coffee, and it was a great afternoon snack. For only 1,000 yen I might add (the equivalent of about $10 USD). There's really not much you can complain about. The staff spoke exceptionally good English, even in comparison to the other luxury hotels I stayed at in larger cities such as Kyoto and Hiroshima. The breakfast buffet is great, but probably not worth the 2,000 yen price tag (about $20 USD). You'll get better value from their weekly pasta lunches which run around 1,300 yen.
The only thing was spacing. I upgraded my room because like most places in Japan, space comes at a premium. However, I found that the extra space was occupied by a larger bed (full size). Personally, I would have preferred a normal double bed and more open space to move around/arrange my luggage. It was a fairly narrow fit as was the case in most of the hotels that I stayed at during a six week Japan trip.
Best location, it is so easy to access to 21 century museum, Kanazawa castles, Kenrokuen erc Also near hotel there are bunch of shopping and eating places
Most staff are very kind however some of them are not so friendly from guest point of view.
