Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's onsen and spa facilities, describing them as excellent and relaxing, with many appreciating the variety and 24-hour access. Cleanliness was also highlighted, with several guests noting that rooms and shared spaces were well maintained. The staff received positive remarks for their friendliness and helpfulness, even with language barriers.
