Pros: Great location on the marina, beautiful view. Very good and convenient restaurant. Cons: The room really needed a good refresh - very old bathroom with a door which doesn’t close / open properly, the cupboards don’t open / close properly, the handle to close the persianas either.

Pros (+) Room was clean with comfortable beds & nice bedding. Had plenty of hot water & good a/c.
Cons (-) Not enuff parking near rooms, to few electrical outlets & really spotty cable tv. The complimentary breakfast was modest.

Pros (+) The staff was excellent and friendly. The facility is very clean. Located right on the marina with so many daytrip possibilities right outside your door. Two restaurants/bars right next to the hotel. The pool and hot tub are very clean they have laundry facilities a workout room.
Cons (-) Although the rooms were very clean the beds comfortable and everything was in order, the place is a little on the older side. But this did not stop us from having a fantastic time.

Pros (+) Rooms are very dated with bathroom cabinets crumbling, broken down phone system (message light blinked entire time and no one answered the phone or was busy) elevator hot and slow, breakfast area dirty and limited seating.

Pros (+) I was so taken back by this facility, location was great front desk staff was great and was even kind enough to check me in early.Very informative and help in place to visit . Absolutely my new favorite place to stay in Key Largo.

Pros (+) The staff was friendly and the bed was comfy.
Cons (-) The room was run down. There was "stuff" in the water reservoir of the coffee maker. There is inadequate parking. You have to park at a neighboring restaurant.

Pros (+) Loved everything! Very pleasant atmosphere and lovely setting on the marina, the pool was great, situated next to Skippers restaurant which had great food and terrific Pina coladas! Staff was wonderful too!
