Excelent staff who made us really welcome and couldn't have been more helpful; food was superb; fantastic atmosphere
There were none - even the weather was good!
Nice presentation of room and great bathroom. Great view from room of falls! Friendly staff.very nice breakfast- good quality and well presented.
Electric socket in hall not fitted ( hanging wires from it- I presume disconnected? )-Lack of info in room such as fire reg/ evacuation information / hot water/ breakfast
Very stylish, great view, historical building, atmospheric bar, friendly and helpful staff.
Sticky room window. Lack of shower, tv etc in rooms.
Cute little room. Decent discount offered for powercut in room (50% off) cosy pub vibe. Lovely wee town. Breakfast was decent with generous portions gorgeous surrounding areas, and location of hotel
Room smelt a bit damp. Heating only on with meter. Power cut in evening. Dinner- were ignored by a coupe of staff and eventualy had to ask for a table. Staff seemed a bit flustered and inexperienced, but trying their best. Food okay- nothing special and a wee bit of a wait.
Nice bar with log fire. Friendly staff.
Room was in need of modernisation. Peeling wallpaper, mildew in bathroom.
