Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are predominantly negative, with frequent complaints about cleanliness, poor service, and a subpar breakfast experience. Many guests noted dirty rooms, unclean bathrooms, and general disrepair throughout the property. Service issues included unhelpful or absent staff, problems with check-in, and lack of communication about renovations or name changes. The breakfast was widely criticized for being inadequate or unavailable. Beds were often described as uncomfortable, and several guests mentioned noise and disturbances. The pool was also a common source of dissatisfaction, being either dirty or too cold. However, a few positive remarks were made about friendly staff and, in some cases, clean and comfortable rooms.
