4+ hours the check in didn’t get checked in until after 3am, then there is a wayy over priced resort fee and a deposit on top of that both of which they double charged me for and couldn’t refund so I was out over $250 for a 2 night stay at what wa supposed to he’s $25 a night hotel. The only thing I liked about the hotel was that was centrally located. I could walk to get food anything like that. What I didn’t like about the hotel was that the rooms were filthy, I had three towels. It was no Kleenex. No coffee maker like they said. I felt like I was put out in the middle of trash. Very Dissapoints I had to get my Refund back they gave me the room 346 and when I open the door it smell really bad. And I was with a Infaint and my daughter so she just sat on the bed 5 mins later she noise she was full of BUGS so was I and the baby.

Pros (+) The convenience how close the hotel was to Walt Disney World.
Cons (-) The bathroom had mold in them, the ceiling was cracked and almost appeared like it was about to cave in. No microwave in the rooms. The carpets were dirty and need to be replaced. The rooms had no cleanliness smell to them.

Pros (+) Location is their most attractive quality. Close to restaurants, theme parks, and other entertainment facilities.
Cons (-) Staff lack the most basic customer service skills. They're unfriendly, and have subpar communication skills. Rooms could be cleaner as well as the overall grounds; trash was pretty much everywhere this last time I was there.
