The free breakfast was good value for the rate we had for the room and first floor access made it easy for us to get in and out with young kids and a disabled family member. 24 hour access to water and coffee was great.

Pros (+) I liked how close it was to the Disney Parks and that there were many places to eat and entertain yourself all within walking distance. The breakfast was very good and had a great variety.
Cons (-) The fact that I got charged a resort fee when the big sign out front blantantly states “no resort fees”. Housekeeping didn’t bother replacing our old, dirty towels with new ones. The simply folded them back to how they were and put them back in their spots. We know this because we had a towel that had a small amount of makeup on it and so we put it on the floor to be replaced with a clean one the ...

Pros (+) We enjoyed being near Animal Kingdom. Walking distance to many restaurants. Room has double beds but are ok for 2 people per bed. Breakfast was very good with a lot of options. The staff was helpful.
Cons (-) Shower appears to have been remodeled and has a low ceiling. This design prevents hot steam from exiting shower area. Therefore, there was mold on the shower ceiling and some on the shower walls.

Pros (+) I booked this hotel because they had a two room efficiency suite. They did, but there was no door between the two rooms. The beds were very confortable.
