Memory Hotel

The hotel is located in a great location and very close to my company. All facilities were clean and services offered are satisfactory. Experienced slow service in teh bar/restaurant one evening

The check in staff member at the hotel in the evening was very freindly and extremely helpful.The beds were very comfortable.

The rooms were too warm with no option to adjust the temperature.The smoke alarm was beepeing when we arrived and the receptionist advised us to remove it form the cileing and remove the battery and that the technician would fix it in the morning. It was never fixed. The cleanliness of the room could have been better

ridiculously expensive if compared to what you can get in the city center for the same price in terms of style and service (bathroom had no toilettery except for a big soap dispenser and a gigantic body dryer instead of a proper hair dryer); also the receptionist was quite rude;
