Pros (+) In nice location, easy in and easy out. Had snacks and a coffee maker in the room, thank you! A good basic motel.
Cons (-) The continental breakfast wasn't worth the effort. Facilities need updating, the bed was too soft, the tub/shower was very cramped, lots of sharp corners on the furniture. Parking was terrible, not enough. Thank you for a coffee maker in the room, but it didn't make a good cup, it was too watery. We spent 3 days here, and never felt at home, we felt like we were in a motel.

Pros (+) i liked the layout of the property and parking availability. Most of all i was very happy that the air conditioner was able to keep my room perfectly cold! i loved it! the room smelled fresh and looked very inviting. unfortunately i slept in every day i was unable to enjoy their breakfasts, but the complimentary snacks were a wonderful surprise!!! also, check in and check out were a breeze!!!
Cons (-) i know the building was older, so i didnt expect anything "high end". but i was a little disappointed that the bathroom door was chipped at the bottom in several places, the baseboards were in need of sanding and repainting due to gouges, and the caulking looked recently done in he bathroom but it was done poorly and was an eyesore, and the baseboards in the bathroom needed another coat of paint. ...
