Pros (+) In nice location, easy in and easy out. Had snacks and a coffee maker in the room, thank you! A good basic motel.
Cons (-) The continental breakfast wasn't worth the effort. Facilities need updating, the bed was too soft, the tub/shower was very cramped, lots of sharp corners on the furniture. Parking was terrible, not enough. Thank you for a coffee maker in the room, but it didn't make a good cup, it was too watery. We spent 3 days here, and never felt at home, we felt like we were in a motel.
Pros (+) i liked the layout of the property and parking availability. Most of all i was very happy that the air conditioner was able to keep my room perfectly cold! i loved it! the room smelled fresh and looked very inviting. unfortunately i slept in every day i was unable to enjoy their breakfasts, but the complimentary snacks were a wonderful surprise!!! also, check in and check out were a breeze!!!
Cons (-) i know the building was older, so i didnt expect anything "high end". but i was a little disappointed that the bathroom door was chipped at the bottom in several places, the baseboards were in need of sanding and repainting due to gouges, and the caulking looked recently done in he bathroom but it was done poorly and was an eyesore, and the baseboards in the bathroom needed another coat of paint. ...

Cons (-) Heater took awhile to get going on a cold night, nobody answered phone when we called as we arrived in town (called 3 times ), but overall average
Pros (+) The room was ok, just the basics.
Cons (-) They are shady about their billing. They claim their system did not receive payment, when I already paid online. This I had to provide them a card upon arrival to run the bill. Then I find out 2 days later, they did accept payment online and I was double billed and had to call them and argue with them. I have yet to see a refund and you should really consider setting these people on probation.
Pros (+) Room was large & clean.
Cons (-) The breakfast provided was not good. No toast, nothing warm, too much sugary stuff.
Pros (+) Great spot, small touches (like free snacks in the room) show that they are trying to make the place nice. Very quiet, friendly, clean.
Cons (-) Still needs some upgrades like new sheets and bedspreads, a better breakfast selection, and cosmetic touch ups in the rooms. Rooms are old and it shows.

Cons (-) Old beds very uncomfortable place needs updating. $100 is way to much I would of paid $60 and felt like it was more reasonable

Cons (-) -During night, when I was about to check-in, staff was not welcoming even charged $12 extra for 2 persons saying, you are 2 extra in the room, although while booking the room I mentioned that I need 2 Queen bed for four persons
