Pros (+) New, modern decor. Bar and restaurant onsite are a decent value. Beautiful view. Short walk to all of the ferry piers, Lumpraya pier is two or three doors down.
Cons (-) Steep stairs getting up to the rooms. Bed was extremely firm, even by Thai standards. Overall a great place to stay in Koh Tao.
