Guests overwhelmingly praise the hotel's location, especially its proximity to Tanjung Aru Beach and the airport, making it convenient for transit and beachgoers. Many also find it good value for budget travelers. The staff are described as friendly and helpful in several reviews. However, there are consistent complaints about bathroom facilities, including broken fixtures, poor water pressure, and malfunctioning water heaters.
