Pros (+) Loved breakfast, unlimited Papaya
Cons (-) Room mildew. Girl at information tourist booth suggested walking up and making reservation for better price. But they wouldn't budge and was a hassle getting on wifi and waiting for booking when so tired. But we got the room. Our friends room, neighboring hotel, had been double booked and so he came to our room while hotels.com comped him a new room at our hotel. Again tired. Management called say...

Pros (+) Nice bungalow with decent bathroom and clean sheets/towels. Close to beach, restaurants and spas.
Cons (-) They were overbooked when we arrived and the manager was very rude and unapologetic. They had NO room for us so we were forced to walk up and down the beach going into other hotels to find a room. When we stayed there the following day, we got food contamination/poisoning from the breakfast buffet.
