Overall, guests appreciated the comfort of the beds and some found the location quiet and convenient. However, many reviews highlighted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty rooms and bathrooms, unpleasant odors, and lack of maintenance. The pool was often criticized for being unclean, closed, or requiring an extra fee. Service was inconsistent, with some staff described as helpful while others were seen as unfriendly or unresponsive. While a few guests enjoyed aspects like room size and decor, the negative aspects, particularly cleanliness and facilities, were frequently mentioned.
